arrangements to deliver your valued furniture at
your home with utmost care and diligence. The
charges for such delivery are very reasonable.
Licensed, Fully insured ,Independent contractors
handle your precious furniture items.
Convenient Four Hour
Windows for Delivery
Once scheduled for delivery on a particular day,
you will be advised four hour window call from
our delivery service company, giving you comfort
of not waiting the whole day. For convenient and
fast delivery, the correct phone numbers and
address with zip codes, be provided at the time
of purchase.
The merchandise will be made available to you
during that 4 Hour window only. However, in the
event of any delay due to traffic conditions,
you will be kept informed by the delivery
company. BEL Furniture does not assume any
responsibility for such delay beyond control.
Unwrapping material
Our professional team of delivery persons will
arrange for removal of packing material from the
furniture and place those furniture items at
place requested by customer.
Acknowledgement by
customer to Delivery Company Staff
Signatures will be obtained by the personnel of
Delivery Company from the customer while
delivering furniture items. If the customer is
not available personally at home, he/she is
advised to assign inspection and delivery slip
signatures to another adult member of the
family. BEL Furniture will not deliver any item
of furniture without signatures of customer or
his/her mandated person.
On Scheduled Delivery date, non delivery due to
unavailability of customer/representative will
attract additional charge of same value.
However, if the customer requests any changes in
the delivery date/time, it should be requested 2
days prior to delivery date and it will be free
of charge.
For Same day/Next day delivery the charges are
Non Refundable.
Manufacturers Warranty
Manufacturer warranty is limited to a period
ranging from 90 days to 12 months, depending
upon the manufacturer. This warranty covers only
manufacture defects, material and workmanship.
Reporting of Claims
relating to Delivery
Customers can report any delivery related claim
to our customer support department, within 5
days of receipt of Furniture. For reporting
defects in the furniture, please arrange to call
(832) 358 8899 X 222 immediately.
Any damage to your home/business property, by
delivery staff, needs to be reported to customer
service department immediately. BEL Furniture
will not entertain any claims, once the driver
and delivery company personnel leave the
property of Customer.
