Does Bel Furniture provide a manufacturer’s warranty?
Yes, Bel Furniture will provide the customer with a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Who is eligible for this warranty?
Only the original purchaser will be eligible for the Bel Furniture limited warranty.
When will the warranty start?
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How does Bel Furniture handle claims on the warranty?
Bel Furniture will decide whether to repair or to replace the item. If the customer picked up the items at the time of purchase, then the customer may bring the item to the Bel Furniture Distribution Center for repairs or replacement. However, every customer has the option to have their damaged items picked up and returned by the Bel Furniture delivery team for a nominal fee of $99 after repairs.
When and where can I report my claim under the manufacturer’s limited warranty?
You may report your claim for the manufacturer’s limited warranty at the Bel Furniture Distribution Center, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm: 832 358 8899, ext. 222.
Does Bel Furniture offer any extended warranty on furniture items?
Yes. The extended warranty on furniture items from Bel is offered through the 1Plan by Guardian, which protects your furniture for five years from the date of purchase. The 1Plan Furniture Care Program gives real value to the customer’s investment.
What is covered under the extended furniture warranty?
Your furniture is covered for five years for minor accidents such as:
· Food and beverage stains on fabric, leather and wood
· Rips, tears, burns and punctures on fabric/leather upholstery
· Liquid rings, heat marks and gouges on wood and stone
· Glass and mirror breakage
Does the extended furniture warranty come with a care kit?
Yes, 1Plan comes with a take-home kit full of products to help you care for and maintain the appearance of your new furniture. These products also contain an Anti-Static additive to help repel damaging airborne dust and dirt, as well as an ultra-violet inhibitor to help reduce premature fading. Is there a warranty for electronics?
Yes, each electronic item carries a limited warranty from the respective manufacturer. However, the customer has the option to purchase a two to four-year extended warranty for a nominal fee. For more information, speak with a Bel Furniture sales professional at the time of your purchase.
