Bel Furniture uses the utmost care when delivering your furniture. Licensed, fully insured, independent contractors will handle your furniture items, bringing them right to your door for a reasonable price.
Three-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We truly value your business and appreciate the fact that you want your money’s worth. We also realize it may be difficult to picture the furniture in your home until it actually arrives. For these reasons, Bel Furniture provides you with a Three-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If within three (3) days of delivery or pickup, you decide not to keep the furniture for any reason, we will be glad to offer you a chance to exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value.
All we ask is that the merchandise is returned in showroom-quality condition. However, some items, such as mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items and floor samples, are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned for an exchange.
If you’d like us to pick up the items, you may be charged an additional pick-up fee. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
Convenient Four-Hour Windows for Delivery
Once you’ve selected your desired date of delivery, we’ll narrow the delivery time down to a four-hour window so you won’t have to reserve the entire day. For quick, efficient service, please provide your correct phone number(s) and address, including zip code, at the time of purchase.
For scheduling purposes, your merchandise will be made available to you during that four-hour window only. However, in the event of any delay due to traffic conditions, you will be kept informed by the delivery company. Bel Furniture does not assume any responsibility for any delay beyond our control.
Our professional delivery team will arrange for removal of packing material from the furniture and place those furniture items in place as directed by the customer.
In order for delivery to take place, signatures are required by delivery company personnel upon arrival at the household. If the customer is not personally available, he/she is advised to assign inspection and delivery-slip signatures to another adult member of the family. For your protection, Bel Furniture will not deliver any item of furniture without the signatures of the customer or his/her mandated representative.
Changes to delivery date or time must be made two days in advance to avoid additional charges. Changes made on the scheduled delivery date are subject to fees to cover misspent resources. The charges for same-day or next-day deliveries are non refundable.
Manufacturer warranty is limited to a period ranging from 90 days to 12 months, depending upon the manufacturer. This warranty covers only manufacture defects, material and workmanship.
Reporting a Delivery Claim
Should your furniture not arrive in perfect condition, customers can report any delivery-related claim to our customer-support department within five days of receipt of furniture. For reporting defects in the furniture, please call 832 358 8899, extension 222, immediately.
Any damages to your home/business property by delivery staff needs to be reported to customer service department at the time they occur. Bel Furniture will not entertain any claims once the driver and delivery-company personnel leave the customer’s property.
